Henrik Myklebust

Henrik Myklebust primarily works with cases relating to corporate law, general law of obligations and property and legal issues pertaining to real estate. Henrik regularly litigates cases before the District Court and Court of Appeal, and during the first four years of his professional life has dealt with a large number of judicial processes within areas such as contract law, law of sales, building and construction law, housing law, ground leases, law of mortgages, bankruptcy, law of inheritance, directors’ liability and other corporate law. He also has experience with cases concerning provisional security.

Henrik assists companies and shareholders with preparing adapted contracts and due diligence in connection with corporate law transactions and restructuring processes.

In addition to corporate law, Henrik specialised in tax law at university, and this has been highly beneficial to his work as a corporate lawyer.

Henrik is an employee representative on the firm’s board of directors and is responsible for the trainee scheme at the Bergen office.
