Ryger has a highly committed and competent dispute resolution team. Our objective is that each individual case shall be resolved with the best possible financial and commercial result for our clients. We achieve this by acquiring in-depth knowledge of our cases, understanding our clients, utilising the specialist expertise of the entire firm, and providing decisive assistance to our clients.

Our experience is that a large proportion of disputes can be resolved through negotiations. If the case cannot be resolved out-of-court, we have a skilled team of litigators available who regularly litigate cases before all the courts and arbitral tribunals in the country. We assist our clients during all phases of a dispute – from when the dispute arises and claims have to be identified, through negotiations, and to when the dispute is heard by the courts. We assist with securing claims for temporary injunctions and arrest.
